Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
120g (1/2 cup) brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
8 strips of turkey bacon
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut each chicken breast into 4 long, thin strips.
3. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken strips with this mixture.
4. Wrap each chicken strip with a strip of bacon and place them in a baking dish.
5. Sprinkle any remaining brown sugar mixture over the chicken.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is fully cooked.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add a sprinkle of paprika or garlic powder to the brown sugar mixture before coating the chicken.
