Ingredients
4 ripe nectarines, halved and pitted
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Optional toppings: Greek yogurt, vanilla ice cream, chopped nuts, or fresh mint
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange nectarine halves in a baking dish, cut side up.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, cinnamon, and melted butter.
- Drizzle the mixture evenly over each nectarine.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the nectarines are soft and slightly caramelized.
- Serve warm with optional toppings of choice.
