- 2 cups shredded chicken (leftover rotisserie preferred)
- 8 tostada shells
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Pepper Jack)
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- Cilantro and lime for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread tostada shells on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Plop the BBQ chicken onto the tostada shells, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and add red onions if desired.
- Bake in the oven for 6-7 minutes, until cheese is melted and everything is warmed through.
- Remove from oven, let cool, and garnish with cilantro and lime before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, bake the shells a couple of minutes before adding toppings. Customize toppings to your liking.
