- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3 packages cream cheese (8 ounces each), softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until just smooth.
- Add 1 cup sugar and mix again until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, blending gently without whipping.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Pour the filling over the crust.
- Bake for about 45-50 minutes, until the edges are set but the center jiggles slightly.
- Turn off the oven and let it cool inside with the door ajar.
- Chill before removing from the pan.
Notes
Top with berries or chocolate sauce for extra flair. Chill for at least 4 hours, overnight is best for crema and consistency.
