Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cheese and any additional fillings (cooked vegetables or meats).
- Pour the mixture into a preheated, oven-safe skillet.
- Bake until the edges are set and the center is just barely jiggly, about 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Use any combination of leftovers or seasonal vegetables. Frittata keeps well in the fridge for up to three days and can be served hot or cold.
