Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). For unripe peaches, place in a paper bag to ripen.
  2. In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
