- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- Italian seasoning (optional)
- Garlic butter (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the pan.
- Sprinkle cheese on half of the tortilla.
- Add pepperoni slices and a spoonful of pizza sauce.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
Notes
For best results, use medium heat and be careful not to overload with sauce or toppings.
