- 2 tablespoons instant yeast
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

- Punch down the risen dough and tear it into golf-ball-sized pieces.
- In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and rosemary.
- Dip each dough ball into the garlic butter, then place in the baking dish, stacking and tucking as you go.
- Drizzle any leftover garlic butter on top and sprinkle with additional rosemary or flaky salt if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
