- 1 jar pizza sauce
- 3 cups frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices

- Crushed red pepper or jalapeños (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain the grease.
- Place the cooked beef in a greased 9×13 dish.
- Pour the pizza sauce over the beef, spreading it evenly.
- Add chopped vegetables and pepperoni slices on top.
- Sprinkle cheese over the mixture.
- Arrange tater tots on top in a single layer.
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until tots are golden and cheese is bubbling.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For extra flavor, top with fresh basil or a drizzle of ranch. You can also customize with a variety of veggies or sauces.
