- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 bag Fritos corn chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- Toppings: shredded lettuce, sour cream, salsa, jalapeños (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with taco seasoning.
- Add the drained beans and corn to the skillet and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
- Layer crushed Fritos on top of the meat mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the Fritos.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Customize the casserole with different proteins or chips. Can be made ahead without chips and cheese, adding them before baking.
