Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped nuts (your choice)
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and spices.
  3. Melt the coconut oil and mix it with honey or maple syrup.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and press it down firmly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown, without stirring.
  7. Let the granola cool completely to achieve crunchy clusters.
