Ingredients
- Short-cut Pasta
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Cucumbers
- Red Onion (optional)
- Mozzarella Pearls
- Black Olives
- Italian Dressing
Instructions
- Cook the pasta just past al dente. Rinse with cold water to cool.
- Chop all the veggies and cheese while the pasta cools.
- Toss everything in a large bowl.
- Pour on the dressing and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Taste before serving and adjust dressing if necessary.
Notes
For added flavor, chill pasta and veggies before mixing. Adjust seasoning as needed.
