4th of July Pasta Salad

A colorful and festive pasta salad perfect for summer cookouts, packed with fresh ingredients and ideal for make-ahead meals.

Ingredients

  • Short-cut Pasta
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Red Onion (optional)
  • Mozzarella Pearls
  • Black Olives
  • Italian Dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta just past al dente. Rinse with cold water to cool.
  2. Chop all the veggies and cheese while the pasta cools.
  3. Toss everything in a large bowl.
  4. Pour on the dressing and mix well.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  6. Taste before serving and adjust dressing if necessary.

Notes

For added flavor, chill pasta and veggies before mixing. Adjust seasoning as needed.
