  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper with clean hands until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture loosely into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  4. Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top for a glossy finish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

Notes
