- 8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Red chili flakes (optional)
- Italian seasoning (optional)
- Peas, spinach, or mixed veggies (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add the garlic and onion, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and let simmer.
- Meanwhile, boil the bowtie pasta according to package instructions.
- Add the cooked pasta to the beef sauce.
- Stir in cream cheese and parmesan cheese, mixing until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and optional spices as desired.
- Serve warm, enjoy!
Notes
Salt pasta water like the ocean for best flavor. For a twist, use leftover rotisserie chicken instead of beef.
