- 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, layer half of the potato slices on the bottom.
- Spread the cooked ground beef over the potatoes.
- Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the beef.
- Sprinkle chopped onions over the soup, followed by a layer of cheddar cheese.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
