Easy 3 Ingredient Banana Bread

A simple and delightful banana bread made with just three ingredients: ripe bananas, eggs, and pancake mix or self-rising flour.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup pancake mix or self-rising flour

Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas in a big bowl until they are creamy with some lumps.
  2. Crack in the eggs and stir until blended.
  3. Add the pancake mix or self-rising flour and mix until there are no dry bits.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool before slicing.

Notes

For a crispy edge, butter your pan. You can also add nuts or cinnamon for extra flavor.
