Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon relish
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat, adding salt and pepper while cooking. Drain excess fat.
  2. Mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, and paprika in a bowl to create the special sauce.
  3. On each tortilla, spread a layer of the sauce in the center.
  4. Add shredded lettuce, followed by chopped onion, dill pickles, shredded cheddar, and spoon on the cooked beef.
  5. Fold the bottom of the tortilla up, then fold in the sides to secure the fillings.
  6. If desired, grill the wrapped tortillas in a dry pan for about 1 minute per side for a toasted finish.

Notes

Wraps can be made ahead for lunch; store the sauce separately to prevent sogginess.
