- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon relish
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat, adding salt and pepper while cooking. Drain excess fat.
- Mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, and paprika in a bowl to create the special sauce.
- On each tortilla, spread a layer of the sauce in the center.
- Add shredded lettuce, followed by chopped onion, dill pickles, shredded cheddar, and spoon on the cooked beef.
- Fold the bottom of the tortilla up, then fold in the sides to secure the fillings.
- If desired, grill the wrapped tortillas in a dry pan for about 1 minute per side for a toasted finish.
Notes
Wraps can be made ahead for lunch; store the sauce separately to prevent sogginess.
