Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 4 strips crispy bacon, chopped
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, chopped bacon, shredded chicken, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Lay a flour tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of the filling in the center.
  4. Roll the tortilla snugly, placing it seam side down on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Let cool for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Warm tortillas before rolling for easier handling. Sprinkle extra cheese on top for a gooey edge. Bake longer if you prefer them crispier.
