- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 4 strips crispy bacon, chopped
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing or powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, chopped bacon, shredded chicken, and cheddar cheese.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of the filling in the center.
- Roll the tortilla snugly, placing it seam side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden and cheese is melted.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Warm tortillas before rolling for easier handling. Sprinkle extra cheese on top for a gooey edge. Bake longer if you prefer them crispier.
