Delicious and easy homemade chicken patties that are never dry and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions (yellow or red)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Dash of paprika or Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well with your hands.
  2. Shape the mixture into balls and flatten them into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook each patty for about 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer cooked patties to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
  6. For air fryer method, spray the basket and cook at 375°F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.

Notes

These patties can be frozen and reheated directly from the freezer. Feel free to add vegetables or different seasonings as per your preference.
