- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the corn, flour, eggs, milk, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
