Quick and delicious corn fritters that are perfect for dinner, snacks, or brunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the corn, flour, eggs, milk, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
