- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or water
- Optional: Lemon juice
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker.
- Add the chicken broth (or water) to the slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours until fully cooked.
- If desired, broil the chicken for a few minutes to crisp the skin before serving.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken before serving for added flavor.
Notes
For extra juiciness, add a splash of broth halfway through cooking. Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed veggies.
