Instructions
- Chop up the tomatoes and squeeze out some juice if too watery.
- Minced the garlic clove.

- Drizzle with olive oil, add balsamic vinegar, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Stir well and let the mixture sit for about 2 to 10 minutes to meld flavors.
- Serve with toasted baguette slices or crackers, or use it as a topping for dishes.
