Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded cheeses and spinach together.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture and combine.
- Place small piles of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spread out and not overloaded.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the tray, they will crisp up as they cool.
Notes
For best results, use freshly shredded cheese and ensure the spinach is completely dry. Monitor closely while baking to avoid burning.
