Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork, leaving some chunks for texture.
- Add diced mango, red onion, and lime juice. Mix gently to combine.
- Add salt to taste, and incorporate any optional ingredients if desired.
- Serve immediately with chips, on toast, or as a topping for grilled chicken or tacos.
Notes
Store any leftovers by pressing plastic wrap directly onto the guacamole to prevent browning.
