Instructions
- Heat a pan until it’s smoking hot.
- Add the steak cubes and avoid overcrowding the pan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned on the outside.
- Add the butter and garlic; swirl around for another minute.
- Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley or a splash of lemon.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat with a splash of extra butter to keep them juicy.
