Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups medium pasta shells
- 4 tablespoons real butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- Parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the pasta shells in salted water until al dente, according to package instructions.
- While the shells are cooking, pat the steak cubes dry and heat a bit of oil in a hot pan.
- Add the steak in a single layer and sear until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add butter and garlic to the pan, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
- Remove the steak from the pan and lower the heat.
- In the same pan, add cream and gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Toss the cooked pasta shells in the creamy sauce until well coated.
- Top the creamy pasta with the steak bites and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding steamed broccoli or sautéed mushrooms. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
