Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups medium pasta shells
  • 4 tablespoons real butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Parsley, for garnish (optional)

  3. Add the steak in a single layer and sear until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add butter and garlic to the pan, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  5. Remove the steak from the pan and lower the heat.
  6. In the same pan, add cream and gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  7. Toss the cooked pasta shells in the creamy sauce until well coated.
  8. Top the creamy pasta with the steak bites and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding steamed broccoli or sautéed mushrooms. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
