Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into eighths

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (or garlic powder)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Italian seasoning or Ranch seasoning mix (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into three pieces.
  3. Cut the mozzarella cheese into 16 cubes and place one cube in the center of each dough piece.
  4. Wrap the dough around the cheese and seal tightly.
  5. Place three stuffed pieces in each cup of a greased muffin tin.
