- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 3 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into eighths
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (or garlic powder)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of salt
- Italian seasoning or Ranch seasoning mix (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into three pieces.
- Cut the mozzarella cheese into 16 cubes and place one cube in the center of each dough piece.
- Wrap the dough around the cheese and seal tightly.
- Place three stuffed pieces in each cup of a greased muffin tin.
- Brush each roll with melted butter, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden and crispy. Alternatively, use an air fryer at 350°F for 11-12 minutes for quicker results.
Notes
Serve warm for the best flavor and cheesy stretch. Customize with different cheeses, herbs, or meat fillings as desired.
