A quick and easy recipe featuring juicy garlic butter steak bites paired with creamy pesto alfredo tortellini for a satisfying weeknight dinner.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 pkg store-bought tortellini
  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh grated parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add cubed steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and remaining butter. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
  4. In a separate pot, cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain.
  5. Add tortellini to the skillet with steak and stir in pesto until everything is well coated.
  6. Serve immediately, topped with fresh grated parmesan cheese.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute zucchini noodles for tortellini. Adjust the richness of the sauce to your liking with creamy Alfredo or sun-dried tomatoes.
