Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ½ cups gluten-free flour blend with xanthan gum
- 5 large eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
- ⅓ cup warm water
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients.
- Make a well in the center and add the wet ingredients.
- Mix until the dough feels like play dough.
- Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll each thinly to about 1-2 mm.
- Cut the noodles into ½ inch strips.
- Cook the noodles in boiling water for 4-5 minutes depending on their thickness.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
