- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 3–4 cloves garlic (minced)
- Chopped cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, yogurt, and salt to form a dough.
- Knead until smooth, then let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
- Divide the dough into portions and shape into ovals.
- Heat a skillet until hot and add the rolled-out dough.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
- Brush with melted butter mixed with minced garlic while hot.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, let the dough rise fully and ensure your pan is very hot before cooking.
