- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Open the biscuit can and separate the biscuits. Cut each in half.
- Flatten each piece to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Cut the mozzarella into 16 small cubes.
- Place a cheese cube in the center of each dough piece.
- Wrap the dough around the cheese, sealing it tightly.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Mix 3 tablespoons of melted butter with 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning; brush this mixture over the bombs.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Brush with remaining garlic butter mixture after baking.
Notes
For different flavors, try using other cheeses or adding fillings like pepperoni or cooked sausage.
