Instructions
- Marinate Chicken: Put chicken in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Toss and let sit for 15-30 minutes.
- Heat the Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high and clean the grates.
- Grill the Chicken: Place chicken on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until done.
- Top with Cheese: Add mozzarella to chicken and close the lid until melted.
- Prepare Salsa: Chop avocados, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro. Toss with lime juice, salt, and olive oil.
- Assembly: Serve cheese-topped chicken on a plate, add salsa on top, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
