- 2 1/4 cups Heavy cream or coconut milk
- 1 jar (12-16 oz) Strawberry jam
- 2 cups Fresh mango chunks
- 1 pound Strawberries
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 cups Whipped cream
- 3 tablespoons Honey
Instructions
- In a blender, combine strawberries, mango chunks, milk, and strawberry jam until smooth.
- Add heavy cream or coconut milk and honey, blending until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- For easy removal, run the molds under hot water for a few seconds.
Notes
For best results, freeze overnight. Experiment with different fruit combinations for unique flavors.
