- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons cooked, crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, ranch dressing mix, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, mayonnaise, and black pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into large patties, avoiding making them too small.
- Preheat your grill or skillet until very hot.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, flipping only once.
- Add a slice of cheddar on top during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Rest the burgers for a minute before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider mixing in jalapeños or onions with the meat. Serve on toasted brioche buns with simple toppings like lettuce and tomato.
