Ingredients

  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, ranch dressing mix, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, mayonnaise, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into large patties, avoiding making them too small.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet until very hot.
  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, flipping only once.
  5. Add a slice of cheddar on top during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  6. Rest the burgers for a minute before serving.

Notes
