1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese

½ onion, finely diced

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Ground Beef:

While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

Prepare the Sauce:

Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the ground beef.

Add the alfredo sauce to the skillet with the beef and stir to combine. Let it simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.

Combine and Add Cheese:

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, and stir everything together until well coated with the sauce.
