Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten the chicken breasts using a meat mallet.
- Stuff each chicken breast with mozzarella chunks and ranch dressing.
- Seal the edges tightly to prevent cheese from leaking.
- Dip each bomb in flour, then place on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
