A cheesy, creamy baked spaghetti dish that is a family favorite and perfect for busy nights.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil spaghetti noodles according to package instructions, cooking them slightly under al dente.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. Layer half of the cooked spaghetti noodles in a greased baking dish.
  5. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and ricotta until smooth, then spread over the noodles.
  6. Add the remaining spaghetti noodles on top of the creamy layer.
  7. Pour the marinara sauce evenly over the noodles.
  8. Top with shredded cheese.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to add other ingredients like leftover sausage or different cheeses according to your taste. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
