- 8 ounces spaghetti noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil spaghetti noodles according to package instructions, cooking them slightly under al dente.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Layer half of the cooked spaghetti noodles in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and ricotta until smooth, then spread over the noodles.
- Add the remaining spaghetti noodles on top of the creamy layer.
- Pour the marinara sauce evenly over the noodles.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to add other ingredients like leftover sausage or different cheeses according to your taste. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
