Ingredients
- Mini bagels
- Jarred pizza sauce
- Shredded mozzarella
- Any toppings (e.g. pepperoni, diced bell peppers, cooked sausage, mushrooms)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Split mini bagels in half and lay them flat on a baking tray, cut side up.
- Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each bagel half.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
- Add your desired toppings.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and slightly brown.
- If desired, broil for an additional minute for a crispy finish.
Notes
These pizza bagels keep well in the fridge and can be frozen for later use. Reheat in a microwave or toaster oven for best results.
