- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pound chicken chunks
- 8 ounces beef sausage, sliced
- 8 ounces dry pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chicken chunks and brown them.
- Toss in beef sausage slices.
- Layer dry pasta over the meat.
- Pour in chicken broth until it covers the ingredients.
- Add ranch seasoning and stir well.
- Cover the pot, reduce heat, and let it cook.
- Stir occasionally until pasta is done.
- Stir in shredded cheddar until melted.
- Serve with a sprinkle of green onions or parsley if desired.
Notes
For creaminess, stir in sour cream just before serving. You can customize the meat or add veggies.
