Instructions

  3. Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chicken to the skillet, cooking until golden and crispy on both sides.
  5. In a separate pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  6. Toss in heavy cream and additional Parmesan, stirring until thick and glossy.
  7. Plate the chicken and pour the creamy garlic sauce over it.
