Instructions
- Flatten the chicken breasts using a rolling pin.

- Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet, cooking until golden and crispy on both sides.
- In a separate pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Toss in heavy cream and additional Parmesan, stirring until thick and glossy.
- Plate the chicken and pour the creamy garlic sauce over it.
Notes
