Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 big handful of fresh or dried lemon balm leaves
  • 2 cups of water
  • Optional: honey, slice of lemon, or mint for serving

Instructions

  1. Boil about 2 cups of water.
  2. Pour the hot water over the lemon balm leaves in a mug or teapot.
  3. Cover and let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Strain the infusion.
