Ingredients

  • Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • Spices such as chili flakes (optional)
  • Oat flour or crushed rice crackers (for gluten-free option)
  • Cheese cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, grated onion, ketchup, and shredded carrot until just mixed.
  3. Scoop the mixture into a muffin tin, pressing down to compact.
  4. Top each mini loaf with additional ketchup.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 18 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
