Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, grated onion, ketchup, and shredded carrot until just mixed.
- Scoop the mixture into a muffin tin, pressing down to compact.
- Top each mini loaf with additional ketchup.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 18 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, try including Worcestershire sauce or barbecue sauce. Avoid over-mixing for the best texture.
