Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Add the crumbled bacon, cream cheese, diced tomatoes, and spices to the skillet.
- Stir until the cream cheese is melted and everything is combined.
- Gradually add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
For an extra kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce. You can also use ground turkey instead of beef for a lighter option.
