Instructions
- Melt the caramel over low heat, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
- Once melted, quickly mix in the butter for gloss.
- Dip each pecan half in the caramel and allow to cool on wax or parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate until smooth and dip the cooled caramel clusters to coat.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired before the chocolate sets.
Notes
