Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
- Sprinkle generously on both sides of the steak at least 30 minutes before grilling.
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, flipping once.
- Rest the steak for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
This seasoning works well on chicken and even potatoes, so feel free to experiment with it.
