Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out dough into a rectangle on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.

  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning if desired.
  6. Roll the dough tightly, tucking in the sides to seal.
