Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, five-spice powder, red fermented bean curd (if using), Shaoxing wine, garlic, and ginger.

  5. Air Frying: Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking.

  7. Check doneness: Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
