- 6 sheets graham crackers, crushed
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Prepare a strawberry puree by cooking chopped strawberries with sugar and lemon juice until thickened, then cool.
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add heavy cream, whole milk, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until combined.
- Churn the base in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions for about 25 minutes.
- Layer the churned ice cream with strawberry puree and graham cracker crumbs in an airtight container.
- Freeze the layered ice cream for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, allow the ice cream to thaw slightly for easier scooping. You can add variations like chocolate chips or other fruits.
