Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 6 sheets graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare a strawberry puree by cooking chopped strawberries with sugar and lemon juice until thickened, then cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add heavy cream, whole milk, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until combined.
  4. Churn the base in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions for about 25 minutes.
  5. Layer the churned ice cream with strawberry puree and graham cracker crumbs in an airtight container.
  6. Freeze the layered ice cream for at least 4 hours before serving.
